Still waiting

Me again, I was promised I would have my bed by the 22nd of March by customer service then the store manager promised me by the 28th I would be all sorted and then my wife received a call from sealy saying the bed will be delivered on the 4th. Now who do I beleive. I am still waiting for a way forward from senior management but I think they are to afraid to call me.
