The worst customer service

Edgars in Cresta has the worst customer service ever. The attitude of the staff is absolutely unacceptable and makes you feel miserable and completely worthless. They are never polite and well mannered.
The person in accounts, I think her name is Inkwene, is especially rude. She treats you like you are her servant and is super unpleasant to deal with.
I have been going to Cresta for ages now, but will always avoid Edgars by any means possible. I have also given them many opportunities to fix their service, sadly - no improvement.
I love Boardmans and their staff. It's hard to believe they belong to the same company.
If anybody asks - I give them advice to avoid Edgars in Cresta by all means possible!
Terrible attitude, terrible experience!
