Bad Custormer Service

I agreed to pay the R30 interbranch transfer of products by the sales lady refused to send the items to the shop closer to me instead told the lady at Clearwater Mall to notify me that i should drive and purchase there as they won't send the products because their sales will drop. Left a message with customer care yestersday and no one responded and on one is picking up only the "leave your name and number" message over and over again.
