For a long time now I've witnessed the Checkers employees sitting on milk crates under the trees in front of the customers cars, eating, swearing, screaming, playing and smoking on the path. Luckily they took away their crate seats, now they are just sitting on the steps and checking out the people. I personally think it's a disgrace for a company your size not to give your employees decent, shaded break areas. These people look like a bunch of homeless tramps begging for morsels and littering/loitering the area.
Please make a plan to accommodate your employees in a professional manner.
