Its the second time I needed to return a faulty appliance to Clicks, Brits mall. This time a Braun Vitality electric Toothbrush. With no quibble, the manager Abel Matlale replaced the faulty Braun toothbrush and within 10 minutes I was on my way again. Such friendly and professional service is very hard to come by. Well done Abel and thank you for the way you treat your customers, Clicks can be very thankful they have excellent employees such as you. You are a real leader leading by example.
