Disappointed by & have no faith in Game anymore

I'm a disatisfied customer whose fridge took 10 days to fix after I'd been advised that the fix would be done in 48hrs. I've lost groceries worth R2000 due to the late services rendered. Went to Game & requested that I be refunded the the grocery sum & now it's being discussed with the manufacturer, in this case KIC. Listen, when I purchase a product & it happens to break down within the life of its guarantee, I approach the retailer, not the manufacturer. Firstly, I had to wait 9 days to get Game to log a call with KIC (after my fridge hadn't functioned over a week) & now I'm arm wrestling Game for an amount I lost in the more than patient wait for service. Game expects me to be the ball in the tennis match that they want to play out with KIC about this matter. I bought the fridge from Game & expect that Game contains this matter, NOT the third party (KIC). Point of the matter is I lost R2000 in groceries to slow delivery. I'm not going to spend another R2000 for what should have been contained in time and I don't have an extra R2000 lying around to compensate for the retailer's incompetency. NO FAITH in Game anymore & am shocked that they STILL want to make profit from my loss.
