Nearly broke my braces on stuffed olives!

I am very disappointed and disgusted with Pick 'n Pay in Cape Gate in Cape Town. On 18 March 2013 I bought a bowl of stuffed olives to add to a salad for lunch the next day.

When I ate the olives I nearly broke my braces after chewing two that still had its pits in. Nowhere did it warn or say in the display rack that the olives might still contain pits and the lady that served me and scooped the olives and weighed them didn't say anything either about there being the possibility that it might still have its pits in the stuffed olives.

First of all it's false advertising, charging someone the price of stuffed olives and then giving them plain olives, and second it hurt my teeth and nearly broke my braces. I had to remove all the olives from the salad and ended up tossing them out because I couldn't be sure if there were any other pits in them. I just find it grossly disrespectful and negligent of you not to warn your customers of this.
