Diamonds falling out, colour changing

I bought a ring nearly a year ago, white gold R4999. Within 7 months it started changing colour, I took it back to the store. They claimed to have told me that it changes colour before i bought. And i was never told. I picked the ring, we did the lay by and then they measured my finger size that was it. It became my word against theirs. Worse I found a rude manager. I letted it go as they had said their warranty of 6 months has passed.
Now in March 2013 a diamond falls off!!! What must I do because clearly this product that I have spent so much money on is not proving to be quality? I don't even wear the ring everyday. I deeply regret why I bought it, I am hurting everyday. I am not happy at all.
