Disgusting customer service!!

We recently moved premises and decided to choose Pick n Pay to do our grocery shopping. In doing so we also decided to purchase electricity, this must be the only chain store that cannot confirm the address upon purchasing electricity, even much smaller stores are able to do so. Although it was our error in having the incorrect meter no, Pick n pay was unable to confirm the address and was not in the slightest bothered by the flaw in their system. My biggest problem is that at point of sale, the teller was more concerned about getting rid of the customer than being of assistance, the supervisor on duty was extremely reluctant to help, and promised to get in contact with us and after three weeks has not made the slightest effort to do so, despite 3 contact numbers being left behind. We now had to sort out the issue by ourselves, and find the fact that they are more worried about money and getting rid of customers than providing good customer service atrocious. We have never had this problem with Shoprite, who have no flaws in their system. I'd be really surprised if any response is given to this post.
