Allocation of points

Good day

At the time of my purchase at Somerset Mall i did not have my Dis-Chem card, i enquired from Customer Service if the points can be loaded manually, they said no. The points can only be allocated manually if the system is offline, which says to me a manual allocation is possible. I then called Dis-Chem customer service helpline where the answer once again was no. Where is the customer service. The purchase was only R109.90 but i do my monthly shopping there everymonth and i am planning on going there every month going forward.

I am not happy with the answer no.
