TV License issues sorted with a smile

In October I purchased a TV from Hifi Corp and about two weeks ago I went to go buy another TV for my bedroom.
They couldn't track my TV License which I had paid for at this same store. Beth was the lady assisting me, not once did she drag her feet when faced with this challenge. She went back to their filling cabinet, searched for my original receipt and contacted the SABC on my behalf and I could tell that they were not keen on helping her but she was so persistent and eventually found a way of ringing the sale and promised to follow this up on her side. last week I got a message confirming payment on my TV Lic and I was exceptionally happy when she called me to inform me that the issue had been resolved. 2 weeks later she had not forgotten about assisting me. To management, you have a gem in Beth and I hope everyone in SA was as good in serving clients as her. Please cascade this to her and inform her how grateful I am.
