Unexplained billing

SAB Miller has been billing me for deliveries that I did not receive. And everytime I place an order Im told that i owe certain monies that i have no idea where the derived from. Ive been having meetings Zanele from SAB in Isando, met Preggie Govendor from Isando, spoken with Joy tsunke over the phone. Shes made arrangements to meet with me but when the time for the meeting comes shes never available to meet with me. Ive basically been sent from pillar to post given a new person to deal with evertime since last year november. Please help me as a single mother whos trying to have a reputable licenced business deal with SAB miller as i cannot get a laywer who wii sue SAB Miller.
