Not faithful to promotion

Incredible connection was promoting the smart phone swapkit for the February period.
I had a couple of smart phones on me and on coming to the Centurion branch, I was faced with a manager who made the rules (with no reference) all in an effort to deny me the opportunity to swap an old smart phone for R800 off the purchase of a new one. He refused me to swap more than one phone, he refused to allow me to pick a smart phone that wasn't in the advertised magazine (there were only 3 phones advertised), he made the rules right there with no reference to any documents, the advert clearly said that one gets R800 off the purchase of another smartphone. This is quite unfair; advertising a promotion and making rules when customers come in to take up on the advertised promotion.
