Poor construction & unable to reach

Bought 6 dining chairs in December. Hardly used them. Sat on one this week-end and it collapsed. Checked and the crossbeam that should have supported the leg was not glued as was all the others and was just held in place by 2 thin nails, Tried phoning the branch: N1 in cape Town at 021-595-1894 to organize repairs, but it just goes to a fax line after a long wait. Tried a number of times today - same result
