Cancellation of cell c monthly supscription

Last year they had sales consultant selling staterpark (cel c) package with airtyme u pay 33 and u get 50 airtym
of 50 everymonth, they debiting it from ur acc and the sales consultand was atleast honest bcause he explaind the t/c to say tht if u nt intrst anymore u can cancl this offer after six months, i continued using their facilities, and then in october i went were i took the offer jet bree to do tht and diff consultant went with me to their fone to cal the sals callcenter and they told me tht it wil be gladly done the turn around is 31days, i was happy with tht, after 31days i called the same cal center to confirm, they said mem everythi is fine, now recently they debiting again, and i did sent an email to edgars head office to complain abt this yesterday i did not get any feedbak my name is matildah nkambule my id no is 8104030524088 pls help me
