After months of searching, debating and bum testing the big selection of furniture available on the market we fell in love with a lounge set. Agnes from Furniture City Zambezi greeted us with a big smile and was more than willing to show us to A lounge set. Nobody buys a car without test driving it and well that is what we did, we tested the lounge set in every way possible. Sitting, laying, slouching, everything imaginable with Agnes standing by with a sense of understanding on her face. Your Hearts was by this set and knew the search was over when Agnes informed us a little more about the lounge set. During the purchasing of the set we were given over to a lady with the name of Bettie just to meet the same level of serves. From the first bum test to the delivery Agnes kept me informed with a smile in her voice! So what I'm basically saying is: " Thank you Agnes and Bettie for making my first Furniture purchasing experience a good one! You were both utmost professional and you're willingness to help was much appreciated! I will return to Furniture City in Zambezi anytime and recommended the store to a few of my friends already. "
