Hi

I Love Edgars to bits however I am unhappy about the OTA. I was a registered OTA user and my account was de-registered without my consent. I called the call centre and spoke to Gift, Ruth and Thandi who promised to get back to me however they don't. When I call I get transferred to them, they apologize, I understand and after that nothing happens. It's been 2 weeks now my service is still not reinstated. Very poor service from the call centre stuff.
