Bad Attitude from Verimark Staff

I just tried to purchase a Hausmeister Cleaning System from Verimark inside Game in Upington. They had only 2 machines in stock and both were inside packaging that was practically destroyed. The boxes were delapidated with holes torn in and half collapsed. I told the salesperson, Elizabeth, that I will not purchase a R5k machine from her in this condition to which she replied "Hulle kan maar die Sales verloor as hulle dit so stuur". I then asked how do I know that the contents is not damaged and was told that I must believe the sales lady. When I did not jump with joy about this "guarantee" I was asked whether I do not trust her.

I then called the Call Centre - they were not even aware there is a Verimark outlet in Upington. Come on Verimark do you really not want my business.
