Goods supplied not as described

I recently ordered a Rebus DVD set from Kalahari that was described as having John Hanna in it. When the set arrived I discovered that it did not contain any of the John Hannah episodes. I contacted Kalahari and asked them to please send me the missing episodes. Since this email they have ignored me and not responded!
