Delivery that started bad and ended up great!

I love buying from Takealot, I always just get great service. I bought a Nintendo 3DS XL a few days before Christmas and was looking forward to having it for the holidays. I tracked the parcel but found it had bypassed my town and incorrectly ended up in a similar named suburb in a different town. I contacted Takealot who looked into the matter immediately. They then contacted me and I was told I would receive it the following day. I'm not sure what the consultant told the courier company but she must have rained -fire down on them because they traveled the 700km back to my house and I received the parcel THE SAME DAY! Now that's just ever so slightly awesome :)
