ITC wrongful listing

Good day;

I would like to lodge a complaint; I just recently found out that Edgars has listed me on ICT. This was a surprise to me because I pay my account and it's up to date with payment. Not even once have i received a call from debt collection department that I am behind with my instalments. My second cry out is I haven't been receiving my statement s I have called the call centre and they always verify my postal address and assure me that the post will come through the next month.
Please urgently address this matter...
