To whom it may concern
On Monday evening my purse was, which had all my cards, licence and ID book in. I went to Home Affairs on Wednesday to re-apply for my ID, as well as to get a temporary ID to get most of my cards back. Went I went to the Game store in Rustenburg, the lady called the call centre. The guy on the phone said they refuse to accept a temporary ID. They HAVE to have the original barcoded ID - which I have to wait for, for 6 weeks!! Now I cannot get my card, which I need to purchase items. Even the bank with which I bank - in another province, accepted my temporary ID! This is really disappointing and VERY inconvenient! They treat everybody like criminals, and I am the victim. It is so disappointing, as I have been a customer of Game for many years, not only as a cardholder, but a cash paying customer too. And my account is always paid to date.
