Teljoy not returning emails

I completed an online application for a TV on 22 January, I was contacted on the 23rd requested supporting documentation. I sent that through on 28 January.By 31 January I emailed the consultant again, requesting an update. The consultant emailed me back apologizing that they are very busy, a couple more emails followed on that same day and I confirmed the application. Since then I have not heard anything back. I have mailed repeatedly requesting an update but I am not getting any reply from Teljoy.
