Maintenance on products paid up

Last week I complained to Teljoy that when I logged a request to fix my washing machine which is on their maintenance contract, they advised they will definitely come out to me on the next Friday. Once again after I told them don't try to get hold of me just please pitch up as someone is there... nobody pitched up to fix my washing machine and tumble dryer. So every month a fee is paid for the maintenance of products but when it comes to fixing it nobody pitches up. I didn't pay the maintenance contract for this month as yet as I am extremely irate that they treat matters like this. I will also be cancelling this contract due to the way in which they handle matters...
