Dissapointment in WFS Service

To Whom It May Concern,

I have had my W.W Loan for a period of over 7 years now and in that period I have had my ups and my downs with WFS, I however had the worst time this turn, on the 31 Jan I called in to WFS requesting for a drawdown on my loan account which I spoke to a young lady who assured me that this was done, 3 working days later 5 days calender I have yet to receive my money, I have an ill mother who is in and out of hospital and in dire need of financial assistance, I on the 5 of Feb decide to follow up on this, (I spoke to 3 consultants on this day) I at first got through to a wonderful young lady (name forgotten, please refer to records) who could not reprocess it due to banking details that were required understandably so, the second person sounded disinterested and quite rude, the third one was kind, patient and very eager to help I think her name was Thandeka or Thembakazi (not sure).
My main point is I'm highly dissapointed at the level of service received from WFS and as a former employee of WFS I would have expected alot of improvement from the way we are dealt with as customers, I would like feedback why my loan was not process first time around...
