Great service turned into bad service

I woke up on Sunday morning and went to Hatfield Markham, had the greatest time of my life in that shop, the staff there is so caring, understanding, willing to help and give ideas, To all the guys that workrd in the store today the 26th of Jan, i wish Foschini group will see the assets they have in you, as Hatfield is a small store i was send to Sammy Marks square to buy some things, I got there, never mind the staff thats non attending to customers i did dot have a probelm until a very scruffy not well mannered MAN WHO IS A SECURITY ASKED TO SEARCH MY BAG AND SLIP OF WHAT I HAD PURCHASED, WHY DO YOU TREAT PEOPLE LIKE CRIMINALS? WHY DO YOU TREAT US PAYING CUSTOMERS AS DOGS? IMPROVE ON YOUR OWN SECURITY SYSTEM AND DO NOT MAKE YOUR PROBLEM CLIENTS PROBLEMS, I HAD TO ASK MYSELF IF I LOOK LIKE A CRIMINAL? WHY SHOULD I BE SEARCHED WHEN I JUST SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY, SAMMY MARKS SQUARE SERVICE IS! SIS MAN
