Edgars in Eastrand Mall offers pathetic service

I opened an account with four months ago and joined their Club Membership service which means an extra fee is added in order for me to get discount at Ster-kinikor, i aheb been struggling to use the card ever since i got it and what makes me more angry is that i am expected to pay for services i dont use. This is unfair and i need my money to be re-imbursed for the services since i cannot use the club card.
The worst thing is that they dont inform their customers of this technical issue, i have phoned their Club card department trying to activate the card and each time i am told that everything is sorted but i cannot make use of their stupid card.
Edgards needs to pull up their socks and hire people that know their story because really your service.,
