Service not up to standard

We bought Fifa13 game in December last year @ CNA Sandton & now the game is not working. We took it back to the store last Sunday & the shop assistant referred us to Ster Kinekor though the game was not bought from them. My husband asked for the store manager since the whole thing was not making sense who then handled our issue and promised to give us a call on Monday. Its Tuesday today and still not received any call, we not sure if we stucked with a game that is not working or what.
