NO STOCK FOR MONTHS

This shop has become an absolute disgrace. I have never seen so many empty shelves. When it was SERVISTAR before greedy MASSMART took over, it was a fantastic hardware shop. I have been a customer for 8 years and have spent tens of thousands of rand there. They have been out of stock of certain globes since the beginning of december. They do not have any decent toilet seats. Rows and rows of empty shelves. Staff imply tell you "sorry out of stock".

I will not ever go there again. I found BUILD-IT in Pinetown. Fantastic place, helpful staff and everything one could want in hardware.
