Terrible Service

Its been 3days now that i have been contact by sterns and everytime i get told that they need my id number and other personal details and an sms will be sent, today i receive a call from sylvia whos customer sevice was terrible she aske me the same details and i told her have been hearing that for 3days now and she just says ok bye, not even interested in my complaint
