My mom's account was declined at Jet

18/01/2014, my mom, sister and I went to Dobsonville Shopping Center Jet to open a clothing account. My mom (domestic worker) is not educated hence we accompanied her to avoid any misunderstandings.a lady who was assisting us asked her if the surname on the ID is her maiden or marriage, we told her the surname on her ID is her marriage surname, she asked further where her husband was, my mom told her that she does not know they have been separated for years and we added we do not know where our father is, our mom is a single parent.she then continued and requested for my sister's details as surety, my sister agreed, .the consultant entered all the required information and we were waiting for approval, we then suggested to her that she gives us a call when the account is approved we are going to other stores.someone calls my mom to confirm the account and there was quite a lot of noise but she managed to hear the person who advised that she goes back to the store. Themba then took over and advised that my mom comes next Saturday with her marriage certificate.they say now my mom's account is declined because she does cannot get hold of her husband.my mom needs this account. PLEASE HELP!
