Mold in sprite

Bought sprite from two different shops in my area and both had white stuff in them, which looked like mold. Took them back and exchanged for coke, though I wanted sprite. Called the coca cola call centre and was told that only the suppliers must lodge a complain meaning it was pointless for me to call them as a customer.!!!
