Case against my aunt who helped a strange

This is humiliating, and shameful at the same time that there are people who get away with serous crimes for taking advantage of people from informal settlements or rather rural areas with not much information.my aunt happiness Gugu mbatha, took a money from the money market 3months ago and while she was on the line some lady came begging that she forgot her ID now she cant return back home she asked her to withdraw for her. She gave her PIN an and everything, now the cops called her yesterday telling her that the money withdrawn in her name was .to my surprise how did the lady who begged for help get the pin from? If its actually not her money!!
I want ShopRite together with every service providers, stakeholders involved, and their legal team to run an investigation thoroughly
