I sent my fianc? e to collect my script yesterday. The two items were Azor (90 tablets, 1 mg) and Amloc 10 mg. However when I opened the package I noticed that I was only supplied with 30 Azor. I called today and was advised that I have charged for 90 and that I must come and collect the other 60 as they were out of stock. This was not communicated to my fianc? e on purchase. I asked if I can collect the balance from the Bluff Branch as this is within walking distance from my place of work. and was told no I have to collect from Amanzimtoti. Why were we charged for the full percription and not told that there was a shortage. I do believe that this is not good customer relations and I have to now waste money driving from the Bluff to Amanzimtoti which is an additional costs implication to me. I am not a happy camper.
