FICA verification takes too long

Almost a year ago I submitted FIC docs and it wa accepted. However, after a few months I was then informed the forms were not corect. I refused to resubmit and my account wa blocked. However, yesterday I resubmit the FIAC docs and was informed that the process takes about 2 weeks. I am paying my account loyally yet I must wait 2 weeks to access for purchase. No institution takes 2 weeks for FICA to be verified. Edgars should be able to verify and accredit it at any branch just like they do with purchase and payments. If I am waiting any time longer than 8 January then you can kiss me goodbye. Luckily my balance are almost redeem. I just cannot accept 2 weeks in this day and age of modern technology. Opening an account where Fica is also required takes a day so how can it be???
