On the 24 Dec went to Pick n Pay hyper in Steeledale, to do grocery. I gave the cashier Nonhlanhla Zulu my debit card to pay for grocery. Before she could finish the process she told me there is a problem, that the machine has withdraw amount of R300 for me. I told her that I dont need money, she must process payment for the grocery. She then called apparently her supervisor Charlene and I was asked to take the R300, and I did explained to her I dont need cash. I asked her to reverse the withdrwal as I did not requested money... she insisted that I take the money as they could not do the reversal. I wanted to ecsalate my disatisfaction, but the store manager was busy with another customer. Mind you its Xmas Eve at about 12 midday. Im very crossed and angry with the service. You cant be forced to carry cash agaist one's will... but Pick and Pay they did that to me. Dr Mphikeleli Gamede, 083 433 6536
