I've been emailing back and forth since 3-10-2013 trying to change my store card statement address. I've said that it is specifically for fica/rica purposes. I don't understand how every time I deal with a different person and every time they confirm that the change has been made. Yet somehow it never gets done. I just picked up the dec-jan statement (which was due yesterday) from a p.o. box I'm about to close. I'm livid that this kind of incompetence and lack of service is commonplace and a sad daily reality.
