Wrong shoe size

I bought a pair of all star tekkies on the 31th december 2013 my fitting size, I went home wore my new tekkies and after few hours I developed bleesters on both legs. I went back to the shop on the 2th to retain the shoes and ask if they can assist but I was told that they can't take them back because it is not in their policy.
