VERY VERY unacceptable service

I ordered a driver for my husband for christmas on Sunday, 15 December with a 3 day delivery promise. Thursay on following up by my husband, he was told that the order hadn't been processed - something to the effect that the system let them down and shoudn't have allowed the order to be placed as stock was in the warehouse (funny how they happily processed the R4000 odd bill immediately on Sunday). The driver arrived finally yesterday and upon unboxing was presented by: not one item, but TWO - the driver was broken in half. That is when the fun began... the courier expected ME to deal with the problem directly with The Pro Shop. When I spoke to the rep from the Pro Shop they told me to sort it out with the courier!!! Now the challenge is to get them to JUST ANSWER THE PHONE AND TELL ME WHERE THE REPLACEMENT IS. I am now spending my time tracing my order the day before Christmas and they won't return my calls. Worst of all, is the lack of concern generally displayed by the manager or employees. Thanks to them, no doubt my husband will not get his Christmas present in time. Word of advice: listen to your hold tone music - the part about customers...
