Shocking costomer care

Took my set of Gym equipment, laptop, camera, phone to get a loan against them. Towards the expiry date for payment I went extended by 10days to my payday. I even sent my wife the next day to go check this was done according of which they confirm. Went back to settle my loan and get my goods back, am lost of words as to what l was told everything else was there but my Gym equp. I was told they had been sold that morning"some ones busy getting fit with your equipment" l thought it was joke at first because the way they said it. Oh we'll lam sure we can work out something l thought, as this is a legitimate Company l thought to my self, OOh boy was l in for a CHOCK off my life.l was told there is NOTHING we can do for you.lam in the customer service industry myself l was so furious stood in chock and disbelieve.l mean this is the second time last time my phone the same way was sold, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME, lam shocked that a registered legally operating company takes such advantage of consumers like myself. This is extremely unacceptable at this day and age, unfair, shady conduct towards loyal clients l will not except this kind of treatment twice this needs to be made right..DEVASTATED
