Chasing a refund

Firstly let me say that I love Yuppiechef normally... But I guess when is comes to returning your money, well then they're not as helpful. When I entered my card details on the website it said that my item (A gift voucher) was unavailable. I then purchased another voucher which I am happy with, however both amounts came off my account. I called my bank to confirm that both amounts were deducted. I then called Yuppiechef to explain this however they stated they had only received the one amount. I thought I'd wait a day and call again the following day, I was then told that the reversals would only take place on Fridays. When I emailed Friday afternoon for confirmation that the reversal was done, I had no response. All in all, I have made 6 requests. I expected better from Yuppiechef :(
