Disappointed in bad service

On a few visits to this store I have experienced inferior quality good. Burger rolls had foreign object in the roll. I returned the goods to the store and was told that an investigation would take place, but it has now been 3 months and nothing has been done. On 2 occasions the manager promised to call me, but she still hasn't called. On a different occasion I came across rotten meat in a fridge and alerted the manager, she was not apologetic. The staff are friendlier than some of the managers. Every time i have since visited the store, I get told they will call me the next day, but they never do.
