Declining quality

I bought one of Woollies precooked chickens last night and it was as solid as a brick and damaged on the underside. The meat was so tough it was inedible. I won't take it back as it's a store I stop off at on my way home from work, so inconvenient for me to drive all that way just to return a chicken. But over R60 for a chicken I can't eat is a rip off. I'm over Woollies I have to say.
