USELESS CAR GUARDS

Good day.

I would like to lodge a complaint about the absolutely useless Car Guards that are placed in the parking area at the Montclair branch. My husband's colleague was hijacked there with her two little children on Thursday afternoon by 3 black males and left totally traumatized with her bag, cellphone and car gone :( This is NOT the first time cars have been either hijacked or right outside the shop itself. The car guards, if you want to call them that, are totally useless and half of them are under the weather anyway, so what good are they there? I have personally been in 2 armed robberies there and unfortunately, after hearing this hijacking story, I will NEVER shop there again and I will make it known on social media networks, unless Shoprite can organize registered Car Guards there.
