The website did not accept me change of address therefore I phoned the call center who assured me that the goods would be delivered to the address I gave her, in Jo-burg. 24hrs late I receive it in PE. Next call center person tells me the system is down but took my detail to contact my when it's back up, 8hrs later I phone back only to be told that the system is up and collection of the parcel will be arranged and someone will call me to arrage a time. 18hrs later I phoned back and still no-one can tell me when the parcel will be picked up. Maybe I should just keep it and deliver it myself for christmas seen as his birthday has come and gone???
