No money in the money market

Today is the second time this incident occurred at this store. I spend 15 to 20 minutes in the line, only to be told there is no money in the till. You offer a Money Transfer service, how to intend providing it without a cent in your till? The cashier does not even ask how much i am collecting, she simply says "we have no money". The last time i bought a ticket there, and the next day i had to return it because the show was cancelled, also then i was told they have no money to pay me back.

This is ridiculous. If you running a money market, make sure you keep enough to provide the service. If you don't have, have the decency to put a notice up and save people the time they spend in the line for nothing!!
