Beware of a very AGGRESSIVE verbally abusive ONICA

We bought a toy from Brooklyn Reggies on 23 November 2013 and it was found broken in the box as we opened it in the car park by Brooklyn. It was too late to run back and exchange the item. Today is Sunday, we went back early and was met by a very aggressive not interested MANAGER who calls herself ONICA probably the most unprofessional person we've ever had to deal with!!! She did not give us a till slip when we bought the item and admitted that she remembers us but refuse to help!! I call on the MD of Reggies to remove this person from your store immediately. She cannot get away with this! We the client indirectly pay her salary and we expect fair friendly service. Its as simple as that!
