T-shirts pre laundered

A few days ago I purchased quite a few t-shirts from your Centurion branch. I washed one and found out that it was pre-laundered. Me and a family member have a dangerous allergy to detergent. There was no indication that the fabric was pre-laundered. Luckily I could return the rest. But is there no way we can get merchandise that is not pre laundered? It is quite a problem for people with allergies.
