Quick to ignore you when they're at fault!

I've been dealing with Clicks since the beginning of the year. I have not received a single cash back nor magazine. On the 2nd November, I was told I would receive this by the 11th. I've sent 2 emails already and no one responds!

Everyone in my neighbourhood receives their clicks correspondence except me, why and when will this be resolved?! I want my cashbacks posted to me!
