Unbelievably good service

We bought a bar fridge a few months ago from Kloppers. When installing it, we found the door was missing a hinge. I phoned Kloppers at 2:30 pm on Friday afternoon. The manager responded: We cannot do anything before tomorrow morning.
We were pleasantly surprised when at 9:00 on Saturday morning a truck pitched up at our Great Brak home, with a replacement fridge. They installed the new one and took the other one away.
We are still amazed at the response we received. We did not think this was possible.
To Kloppers: Keep it up, and may you go from strength to strength! You have won over one very loyal customer!
